Lone Tree of Llanberis
This image is of the Lone Tree at Llanberis, Snowdon, famous for being a silver birch tree which is only just clinging on to the shore. I have visited this location a few times and the base of the tree is sometimes submerged in the lake. The image was take just before sunrise one morning in November-23. Taking this image proved to be a waiting game to ensure a completely still lake to enable a strong reflection. The colours are moody and largely blue.
