Burford High Street

from £25.00

Burford is a small town on the River Windrush, in the Cotswold hills, in West Oxfordshire, England. It is often referred to as the 'gateway' to the Cotswolds. Burford is located 18 miles west of Oxford and 22 miles southeast of Cheltenham. The 2011 Census recorded the population of Burford parish as 1,420. I agonized over whether to take the image looking up the high street or down the high street, the problem with Burford at any time of day or year are the cars and the crowds, I didn’t do too bad here but it was 7am in January!
